Partnering skills workshops

GBPA’s Partnering Skills Workshops are designed for senior managers responsible for developing and managing significant business relationships, and enable participants to:

• Develop their understanding of critical success factors for their relationships through access to insights and frameworks developed by GBPA
• Learn and practice new skills for improving collaboration and effectiveness
• Address key issues and develop action plans to ensure successful growth of their specific business relationships.

The Partnering Skills Workshop is a highly practical interactiveday with a small number of delegates. In preparation, ahead of the day, GBPA interviews the participants to ascertain their partnership experience and the type of partnering they are involved in. It also helps the participant to think about a particular relationship they may want to work on during the day.

This highly interactive session looks at best practice in business, identifying critical success factors, and provides frameworks for the participants to use in their own relationships. Participants have the opportunity to work on particular relationship issues, with the support of an experienced coach.
