Partnering skills modular programme

GBPA runs a modular partnership skills programme. This highly interactive programme helps participants develop specific skill sets in each of the partnering phases:

• Getting started in partnering
• Creating partnership teams
• Building sustainable partnerships
• Growing your partnership.

Organisations can run any one of the modules or provide the opportunity for their senior managers responsible for developing and managing significant business relationships to participate in the whole programme.

Each module is a highly interactive one day session, for which GBPA interviews the participants in advance to ascertain their partnership experience and the type of partnering they are involved in.
