GBPA offers a range of advisory services, addressing internal collaborative and external partnering requirements and tailored to meet members' needs. These services build on insights and frameworks from GBPA’s Discovery projects.

Recent assignments include:

• facilitating ‘The Collaborative Outsourcing Journey’, working with both customer and supplier organisations to move from transactional to strategic client relationships
• facilitating development of more collaborative senior executive teams
• cross functional collaboration and conflict resolution
• one-to-one mentoring of senior executives in the collaborative approach to leadership
• collaborative behaviour and culture development
• reviewing effectiveness of key partnering relationships
• facilitating relationship management learning clinics for customer and vendor organisations, utilising GBPA’s behaviourally-based relationship management framework.

GBPA has undertaken work for member organisations in Europe, the Americas, India and SE Asia.
