- facilitating development of more collaborative senior executive teams
- cross functional collaboration and conflict resolution
- one-to-one mentoring of senior executives in the collaborative approach to leadership
- collaborative behaviour and culture development
- reviewing effectiveness of key partnering relationships
- facilitating relationship management learning clinics for customer and vendor organisations, utilising GBPA’s behaviourally-based relationship management framework.
