Collaborative Excellence Diagnostic

This diagnostic survey focuses on the behavioural aspects of critical partnering relationships that GBPA’s Discovery Programme (Discovery Report: Vital Signs for successful collaborative relationships, 2006) has found to be ‘the must haves’ for building trust. The Collaborative Excellence Survey is designed to surface insights that help both parties to deepen their understanding of the perspectives of each other and to identify areas that are working well and to highlight where challenges are being experienced. It also provides clear metrics that enable the key relational criteria to be scored and subsequently tracked over time to measure progress towards agreed goals.

Relational Indicators

Specifically designed to focus on outsourcing relationships, these indicators enable the assessment of the type of relationship (transactional, collaborative, strategic partnering) that exists and identifies the opportunities and challenges in the areas of mindset, alignment, engagement, environment, and value add.
