Can you bring these attributes to GBPA?

GBPA is looking for several key people to join us on our collaborative journey in developing GBPA in the UK, the Netherlands, India and China.

Our goal is to become recognised as the leading organisation in the world for expertise and advice on what it takes to build and sustain effective internal and external collaborative relationships.

We run GBPA membership-based national programmes, and a global research-led Discovery programme. In addition, we provide a range of business partnering, outsourcing and senior executive team collaboration advisory services to organisations in the UK, Europe, the US, India and China.    

The GBPA team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds, with a wide variety of business partnering and significant customer/supplier experiences. We work closely and value our relationships with each other and our members and customers. We work hard but also learn a great deal on the journey, particularly through our research-led Discovery work. We have fun, too.

We’re united by our determination to discover new insights and develop practical tools/frameworks to enable better understanding of how to address the challenges of internal and inter-company collaboration and business partnering.

We enjoy close working relationships with senior executives from some of the world’s largest and most successful businesses, as well as some smaller innovative organisations. They can all be characterised by their desire to develop more effective collaborative relationships.
