Much of GBPA’s work is focused on discovering and advising on the key enablers for developing collaborative relationships that deliver added value.

Increasingly, the desire is for that added value to come from innovation, which means being able to explore and successful exploit new ideas in your critical relationships.

To identify what it takes for people and organisations to work together to innovate successfully, GBPA has combined it’s expertise in helping build productive partnerships within and between companies with NESTA’s expertise in creating the right conditions for innovation to flourish. This has lead to Innovating with others, which is:

• The start of a broader collaboration and a place where you can record your experiences
• A set of tools to help you innovate collaboratively
• Events in which senior business people across a range of industry sectors explore how people collaborate to innovate successfully.
